Olivia, Nutritional Therapist (mNTOI),  will be discussing the importance of creating a workplace culture that ensures that employee’s health and well-being are recognised and catered for. This includes education, support and simple yet effective tools that can be rolled out into canteens, lunch meetings, catering, lunch boxes, shopping trolleys and dinner tables. Olivia will also be sharing how she has incorporated a tailored approach into businesses that she has worked with in the past.

About Olivia

Olivia Beck works in the general Munster Area as a presenter on workplace wellbeing. Olivia is a Certified Nutritional Therapist, Lecturer and Speaker with her own well-established Clinic in Limerick City. She supports businesses in educating and motivating staff about nutrition and wellbeing. Her talks and interactive workshops create a happy and healthy workforce by giving employees simple yet effective tools so they know how to improve their energy and overall health. Olivia is currently doing her Master’s Degree in Advanced Nutrition and hopes to continue to educate people on healthy eating for longevity. Olivia uses evidence-based research to inform her practice and talks, as well as her belief in walking the walk-in order to inspire others to make positive diet and lifestyle changes.
